RENTAL PROCEDURE

WHY RENTING THE SKIS ONLINE?

Online reservations on our site are unquestionably the fastest way to rent your boardsports gear.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE DATE FOR MY FIRST DAY OF RENTAL?

The date chosen in the reservations system is the date for taking possession of the equipment; you can pick up the gear the day before, starting from 4pm.br
For example: 1st day of rental on the 6th of February, the customer can pick up the equipment on 5 February after 4pm.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE DATE FOR MY LAST DAY OF RENTAL?

The date chosen in the reservations system is the date for your last day of skiing; you can return the equipment the next morning before 10 am.
For example: last day of rental the 12th February, the customer can return the equipment the 13 February before 10 am.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RENT ONLY SKIS/SNOWBOARDS?

No. To do that, please contact our store onsite directly.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RENT ONLY SKI/SNOWBOARD BOOTS?

No. To do that, please contact our store onsite directly.

DO I NEED TO RENT POLES?

Poles are included in all our ski packages.

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN GIVING MY SIZE/HEIGHT/WEIGHT; WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our shops rental stock is large and sufficiently diverse in sizes and heights to equip all our customers without problems. Your comfort and safety are our priorities. You won't have to pay any extra charges at the store if the category of the equipment you rent matches the category of the gear you reserved. However, if you chose the wrong category, the rental shop may ask you to pay a surcharge at the store.

IS HELMET RENTAL INCLUDED IN THE CHILDREN'S PACKAGES?

You have the option of reserving online the helmets. In keeping with mountain area doctors' recommendations, we strongly recommend you rent helmets for your children for their protection.

IS THE SHOP OPEN ON SUNDAY MORNING? WHAT ARE THE SHOP'S HOURS?

During the winter season, the Ski Renta Shop Pession is open all day from 8am to 6pm.

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY RESERVATION?

You can modify your reservation calling us or sending an email.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE ME AVAILABILITY OF A SPECIFIC MODEL?

Yes, if the disponibility is requested before the online rent.

CAN I GET AN INVOICE?

Yes, you have to request it before the printing of the receipt.

ACCIDENTS, CANCELLATIONS, THEFT, ETC.

WHAT HAPPENDS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF MY ORDER?

If the order is not cancelled as least two days before the starting date you will be charged the 50% of the invoice.

WHAT HAPPENDS IF I BREAK MY SKI EQUIPMENT OR IT IS STOLEN?

The details of the procedure must be agreed directly in the store.

I WAS INJURED ON THE PISTES DURING MY RENTAL AND I HAD TO RETURN THE EQUIPMENT TO THE SHOP BEFORE THE ANTICIPATED END OF MY RENTAL PERIOD. CAN I GET A REFUND FOR THE RENTAL DAYS I DIDNT USE?

In the event of illness or an accident occurring during the rental period, the rental conditions remain applicable. Only the equipment hired by the individual concerned may be refunded, and will then be billed in proportion to the number of rental days really carried out(on presentation of a doctor's certificate). In this case, the refund (deducting 1 euro per person, inclusive of tax, for processing fees) will be made either by crediting the bank card used for the transaction, or by bank cheque if the customer paid with a cheque or a French "Chèque vacances". Any rental day commenced will not be subject to a refund..

THE WEATHER CONDITIONS AT THE RESORT PREVENTED ME FROM SKIING. CAN I GET A REFUND?

In the case of TOTAL closure of the ski area normally accessed from the of the Ski Rental Shop, and only in this case, the rental days concerned will be refunded upon presantation os a supporting statment from the company that manages the slope system.

FOR PERSONAL REASONS, I HAD TO RETURN THE EQUIPMENT BEFORE THE ANTICIPATED END OF MY RENTAL PERIOD. CAN I GET A REFUND FOR THE RENTAL DAYS I DIDNT USE?

An illness or accident occurring to one of the individuals having hired the equipment, or the closure of all the resort's lifts are the only grounds giving one the right to a refund. No exceptions will be made to this rule.
